Before you book

the short version, so there are no surprises

  1. DepositA non-refundable deposit holds your date, and it comes off your total on the day.
  2. Running lateMore than 30 minutes late and the appointment is cancelled. If it’s 15 minutes past your start time and I haven’t heard from you, it’s cancelled automatically — a text is all it takes.
  3. ReschedulingTwo reschedules are fine. After that, a new deposit is needed to book again.
  4. Design changesBig changes to the design inside 24 hours of your appointment mean we reschedule — there isn’t time to redraw it properly.
